I have had nothing but good experiences with Southwind, from billing to service. I disagree with the user above. The units are clean, access is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
The worse self storage! Looks nice though... These people are so rude! Go somewhere else like Tub's where the price isn't high and they really care and work with you. Forget SOUTHWIND!
I have used this company several times to rent u-hauls. I enjoyed the service and facility so much that I rented a unit. We are military and move around a lot. No matter where I am, Melvin helps me get the best deal possible. They even offer moving services! If you are anywhere close to Mountain View, AR I would recommend checking them out.
