Service was slow late night and they weren't busy. All we ordered the as a quesadilla and two drinks!
Wanted a hamburger but you cant get a hamburger at Hardee's you must have cheese on it. I can't eat cheese (no dairy). They want to tell you what you have to have cant cook and not put what they want on burger, WHY
It took me like 45 mins to an hour just to get my food when i ordered through the drive through.
15 minute wait for breakfast when you're in a hurry AND they got the simple order wrong AND they ran out of ketchup. Two weeks ago I got bad hash rounds and when I called them they said 'Oh we know, we are changing the oil in the fryers now' That's it no we're sorry no we will anything to fix the issue. Rude staff, I would not hire the lady at the drive through to deal with dead people let alone live ones.
now that the bad employees are gone, i've noticed a big change in food quality, cleanliness, and speed of service. . sometimes its slow, but thats mountain view for you..everyone wants to b hungry all at once after its been slow business for 3 hours
