Great time! Jaime was our guide and answered all 500 questions my 6 and 8 year old had! She was a great guide.
My husband and I visited while on vacation and had a wonderful time! Our guide was Irene and she was very sweet and answered all of our questions and told us quite a bit about the area and other things that we were interested in, and also recommended a couple of things we might enjoy seeing during the rest of our stay. Best prices in the area too! Would definitely recommend.
Staff was very friendly. We took the 2 hour ride. Nice walk along the road and then down one trail where we were able to see down the mountain a bit. Horses definitely knew where they were going. They have a lot of cute items in there shop as well.
Only 3 stars for right now because I didn't have time to go on a trail ride. The store looks nice and there is plenty to look at. Its packed to the brim with merchandise. Also the horses look great.
When we first arrived, the man was very, very rude and told us he couldn't get us in and he couldn't help us. He offered no apology or reason at first. Finally after our disappointed protests, he said he was understaffed and short on horses. Okay, we understood that but when we said we'd just find somewhere else to go for a ride, he made a big deal about asking a worker if she could take us out and she threw a huge fit in front of us. We again told them it wasn't a problem, we'd go somewhere else and the man snapped at us that he had it taken care of. The man who helped us on our horses was very nice and was a great contrast to the other workers there. Once on the trail, the guide didn't tell us anything about the horses, not even their names. She also spent most of the ride on her phone. I'm giving two stars because despite all of this, we did manage to have a good time.
