We were in town for a ball game and our entire team hit this McDonalds. Everybody was courteous and professional and handle the rush very well. Thank you guys
Wow! I've been to a lot of McDonald's locations around the country and this one is by far the friendliest. I spent some time here with my laptop getting work done, and saw the way the managers and the other workers interact. People are geniunely happy to be at work, and putting pride into serving the food. My trips to McDonald's are usually disengaged and impersonal, but this crew made me think and feel about McDonald's in a totally new way. A transformational experience. Well done, team.
Around two weeks ago, I went to the McDonald's drive-through between classes. It takes them five minutes to take my order from the stall thing. I get around of the window to pay, and I sit there another five minutes, while the employee plays with their computer and doesn't even open the window to acknowledge me. So I drive off and leave. Over the past 2 to 3 days I've been in McDonald's three times. I always order the exact same food: a large sweet tea and a McDouble with only cheese and pickles. Seeing as how I go in there as much as daily, you'd think they would take better of their return customers. But of all the three times I've been in there in the past few days, they've messed up my burger. Whether it's because the person in the drive-through is incompetent and doesn't want to listen, or the cooking crew is lazy, my burger keeps coming out with ketchup or something else unwanted on it. Today I went in to return the burger, seeing as how yesterday I couldn't because I had to make it to work, and ask for the manager. The manager goes and asked the cooking crew if they had an order that was similar to mine come through. They of course Say no. She turns to the woman taking the drive-through orders who promptly says that I did not order what I order every single day, even after today making sure that I said exactly what I wanted, seeing as how they botched my burger so many times. They act as if they won't give me a replacement so I demand my money and leave and place a call to corporate. Save your time and save the hassle and go next-door to sonic.
